For the second consecutive year, our operations in Austria, China, the Dominican Republic, India, the Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, and the United States have achieved this prestigious recognition. Additionally, we are proud to announce that our affiliates in Brazil, Mexico, and Spain have earned their first Top Employer certifications this year.
With the USA, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico being included in the Region North America, those four countries have additionally obtained the blue seal of being Top Employer Region North America.
Extensive Evaluation Process for the Second Time
To attain this distinctive recognition, local teams underwent a thorough evaluation process once more and worked through a survey covering more than 250 questions with regards to our HR practices. An external audit, conducted afterwards, ensures transparency and accountability in our commitment to achieving the highest standards of excellence. All participating countries have improved their score compared to last year, with India, China and the US rising above the benchmark for the first time.
