A Frappuccino with... Camila Hernández

Meet Camila Hernández, a dynamic Communication & Digital Specialist at Fresenius Kabi in Colombia.

Camila’s day begins with a delicious Frappuccino made from rich Colombian coffee, the perfect start as she catches up with her colleagues. For her, this friendly moment of connection helps set a positive tone before diving into her tasks. 

“I love starting my day with a chat and a coffee – it helps me focus and sets the tone for the day ahead,” she shares.

Her workday is a balanced mix of creativity and strategy. Whether she's reviewing social media content, analyzing KPIs, or organizing product shoots, Camila always stays true to our principle "We Care for Excellence", ensuring that Fresenius Kabi's message shines through in every piece of content she creates. 

"I thrive on the chance to innovate and push the boundaries of what we can achieve as a company," Camila explains. "Every day is different, and that’s what makes it exciting."

Joining Fresenius Kabi in 2019 after her role as a community manager at an ad agency, Camila quickly realized that this was a place where she could grow both personally and professionally.

What is the first thing you do at your job in the morning?

I greet my colleagues, check emails, and grab a Frappuccino with friends to start the day.

Can you describe what a typical workday looks like for you?

I check social media content, analyze KPIs, manage shoots, and coordinate with our ad agency. I also handle internal communications like newsletters and CSR updates. 

What is your favorite part about your job?

I love creating, innovating, and thinking outside the box to help elevate Fresenius Kabi to the next level. 

Why do you think that working at Fresenius Kabi is special?

It's special because of its strong culture and people. The company truly lives its values and works hard to create a great workplace.
