Recommended Usage :
- One serving (21 g) per day or as suggested by healthcare professional.
- As suggested by healthcare professional.
- May be delivered by gravity or by pump. The flow rate volume depends on individual's condition and tolerance.
- Nutritionally complete high energy (2 kcal/ml) low protein and low electrolyte feed for conservatively treated patients with renal insufficiency (pre-dialysis).
- High in energy → 2 kcal/ml DRINK to meet calorie requirements in a low volume and to allow optimum fluid restriction.
- Low in protein (Blend of Whey and Casein protein) → 1.89 g protein/50 ml.
- With prebiotic & dietary fibre to support normal gut function.

Instructions for use :
- To prepare feed, take 21 g (approx. 3 leveled scoops) of Fresubin® LP powder in 33 ml lukewarm water, stir well until the powder is evenly dispersed. The total feed volume would be approx. 50 ml.
- Upon reconstitution consume immediately.
- 976 mOsmol/kg. (When reconstituted with water as per instructions for use).

Shelf Life :
- The shelf life is 18 Months
- After use, close the lid of jar and store in cool, dry & hygienic place (not in refrigerator) and away from direct sunlight. Once opened consume the contents within 3 weeks.
