Survimed OPD 1.5kcal Drink is a Food for Special Medical Purposes 

Survimed OPD 1.5kcal Drink is intended for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of malnutrition, in particular malabsorption. 

Survimed OPD 1.5kcal Drink is prescribable on FP10/ GP10 for the following indications: For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition, short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of malnourished patients, proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistula.

Contra-Indications

• FOR ENTERAL USE ONLY
• NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE
• NOT SUITABLE FOR PATIENTS WITH GALACTOSAEMIA

Precautions

• SHOULD ONLY BE USED UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION
• USE WITH CAUTION FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OF AGE
• ENSURE ADEQUATE FLUID INTAKE
