Lake Zurich, Illinois is home to the North America headquarters for Fresenius Kabi, as well as a major global research and development center for medical devices. The company employs more than 1,500 employees in Illinois and more than 2,500 in the United States. 

We conduct pharmaceutical innovation and development, as well as manufacturing and distribution in Northern Illinois; we operate manufacturing centers in New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
